Carlisle Cos, announced the merger powered conveyor belt and tire industry, Carlisle Power Transmission Power transmission applications for the industrial conveyor belt manufacturer and accessories, with annual revenues of approximately 115 million. Carlisle Power Transmission has been closed down in the second quarter of 2008. Carlisle current assessment of these two cause the impact on earnings after the merger, estimated pre-tax cost of about 670 million U.S. dollars.
