Conveyor
Conveyor line in a certain material handling machinery continuous delivery of materials, also known as continuous conveyor. Conveyor can be horizontal, tilt and vertical transmission, but also the composition of space transportation lines, transmission lines are generally fixed. The main parameters of conveyor
Generally based on the requirements of material handling systems, material handling site conditions, the production process and material characteristics to determine the main parameters.
① transmission capacity: conveyor transport capacity per unit time is the amount of materials delivered. In conveying bulk materials, the quality of delivery of materials per hour or volume calculation; in the transportation into the items, the delivery of parts per hour is calculated.
② transmission speed: increase transmission speed can increase the transmission capacity. In a conveyor belt for traction and transmission length of the larger pieces, transmission rate is gradually increased. But the high-speed operation of the belt conveyor should pay attention to vibration, noise and starts, brake problems. To the chain as a distraction for the parts conveyor, conveyor speed should not be too large to prevent the increased power load. At the same time technical operation of the conveyor, conveyor speed of the production process requirements should be determined.
③ component size: size of conveyor components including conveyor belt width, strip width, hopper capacity, pipe diameter and the container size. Size of these components have a direct impact conveyor transmission capacity.
④ transmission length and angle: transmission line length and angle directly affects the size of the total drag conveyor and the required power.
